Reflections Hair in Kingswood is looking for a passionate Stylist to join our expanding team. This part-time role ideally includes Wednesdays and Saturdays with flexibility beyond.

Build strong client relationships and create a range of looks from classic to avant-garde in a buzzing, supportive salon. We offer ongoing development in a family-owned group, with opportunities to grow within the business, and a compensation package that includes a competitive hourly rate with achievable commissions

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of salon floor experience.
• Ability to tailor personalised styles for a diverse clientele.
• Brings a positive attitude and ambition to grow within hairdressing.

Responsibilities

• Provide cutting and colouring services to clients.
• Consult with clients to achieve desired looks and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and salon presentation.
