Job summary

TONI&GUY Cheltenham is seeking a passionate Hairdresser- Stylist to join our team. This role offers the chance to work with a globally recognised brand in a creative, education-focused setting with clear progression opportunities.

You will have NVQ Level 2/3 and salon-floor experience, with a focus on consultation and delivering high standards. Full-time or part-time hours available, with TONI&GUY education and development supported.

Qualifications

• Solid salon column experience is required.
• Deliver exceptional client care to every guest.
• Passion for colour and cutting with a creative eye.
• Enjoy working in a supportive team environment and grow professionally.
• TONI&GUY experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate solid colour and haircutting skills on clients.
• Provide outstanding client care and consultation at the chair.
