Job summary

South Staffordshire College is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to join our award-winning marketing team at Rodbaston. You will craft high-quality creative that supports recruitment, employer engagement and community outreach across social media, websites, digital ads, publications, events and on-site signage.

You will be proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), bring strong attention to detail, and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Competent with Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Highly creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent multi-tasking and ability to meet deadlines.
• Adapt designs across formats and channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Experience managing design projects from brief to final artwork.
• Strong communication with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders across the organisation.
• Willingness to contribute across a small team and support others.
• Experience in video editing, motion graphics, animation or photography is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality creative that supports recruitment and engagement across the college community.
• Create assets for social media, websites, digital advertising, email marketing, publications and events.
• Develop on-site signage and materials for exhibitions and visitor areas.
• Collaborate with colleagues on campaigns and employer engagement projects.
• Ensure brand consistency, accessibility and quality across all outputs.
