Are you a creative graduate with aspirations to become a therapist - in art therapy, drama therapy, play therapy, or counselling?

A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Inner London (E3 - Greenwich) is offering a unique opportunity for a Creative SEN Support Assistant to join their team full-time from September 2025. You'll support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and social-emotional needs through engaging, expressive, and tailored approaches.

This is an ideal stepping stone for those looking to build hands-on therapeutic experience in a setting that embraces creativity and wellbeing.



ROLE DETAILS

  • Creative SEN Support Assistant

  • Work with children with Autism, speech & language needs, and emotional regulation difficulties

  • Incorporate creativity into learning and wellbeing support

  • Full-time, term-time role starting September 2025

  • Based in a Greenwich primary school with a strong focus on inclusion and the arts

  • 105 - 115 per day (based on experience and qualifications)

  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO to create a nurturing environment



PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Degree in Art, Drama, Music, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Interest in therapeutic pathways (e.g., art/play/drama therapy, counselling)
