You'll support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and social-emotional needs through engaging, expressive, and tailored approaches.

Creative SEN Support Assistant
Work with children with Autism, speech & language needs, and emotional regulation difficulties
Incorporate creativity into learning and wellbeing support
Full-time, term-time role starting September 2025
Based in a Greenwich primary school with a strong focus on inclusion and the arts
105 - 115 per day (based on experience and qualifications)
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO to create a nurturing environment
Degree in Art, Drama, Music, Psychology, Education, or related field
Interest in therapeutic pathways (e.g., art/play/drama therapy, counselling)
Creative, compassionate, and emotionally attuned
Ability to engage children through imaginative and sensory approaches
Team player with excellent communication skills
Open to training and reflection, with a passion for child development
Graded "Good" by Ofsted with exceptional pupil progress scores
Focus on wellbeing, emotional literacy, and creative curriculum delivery
Supportive, forward-thinking leadership team committed to inclusion
Modern classrooms and outdoor spaces that encourage self-expression
Located in Greenwich (E3) with excellent links to Mile End and Bow Road
