Job Description

You are responsible for supporting the Women’s Head of Brand and the Creative team in coordinating creative campaigns, brand moments, and assets to ensure the continued growth of Jaded London’s brand strategy, online following, and digital presence.

Responsibilities and Duties

Creative

• Ideation for campaigns and photoshoots
• Ideation for brand moments such as pop-ups and collaborations, proposing brands, people, trends, and creating pitch decks
• Development of physical PR and packaging concepts
• Planning joint brand moments with Menswear
• Casting and talent coordination, including working with assistants to upload and update castings for a strong talent pool
• Building relationships with casting and model agents
• Networking within the industry to build the Jaded brand
• Communicating with outside creatives to meet deadlines (photographers, videographers, freelance producers)
• Maintaining a roster of photo and video creatives on Miro for global assistance
• Supporting BTS imagery production on set

Website / E-commerce Creative

• Collaborating with the Graphics team on campaign updates and asset sign-off on the website
• Supporting the e-commerce team with collection naming and creative strategies
• Updating Airtable and managing Dropbox content for campaigns
• Creating graphics, videos, reels, and YouTube content for social media and graphics teams

Research

• Contributing ideas and pitches in creative meetings
• Monitoring social platforms for emerging talent and trends relevant to the Gen-Z audience
• Highlighting upcoming product and styling trends for the design team

Requirements

• Trend-aware with attention to detail and engaging content creation skills
• Proficiency across all social media platforms
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with leadership abilities
• Flexible, diligent, and adaptable to team needs
• Strong interpersonal skills to represent the brand on shoots and with external partners
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience editing content using Adobe, Photoshop, TikTok tools, Capcut, and Premiere Pro
• Ability to conceptualize and produce viral social and campaign content
