As a Creative Enterprise Manager, you will lead the North Paddington Creative Enterprise Programme, aimed at growing the creative and cultural economy of the area.
North Paddington has a rich cultural history but faces challenges like low start-up growth and loss of creative spaces. You will be the main facilitator, planner, coordinator, and delivery manager, overseeing governance and monitoring.

You should have experience leading impactful creative industry programmes, tackling production, economic development, and community engagement challenges. You need strong project management skills, budget management, and the ability to inspire diverse stakeholders.
