Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Creative Director to lead the Soho Home Creative team and shape the visual expression of the brand across photography, campaigns, content, art direction, digital, editorial and wider brand communications.

Working with the Chief Creative Officer, you will translate the creative vision into a distinctive visual world, ensuring every touchpoint feels considered and unmistakably Soho Home. You will manage the full creative process and nurture a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as Creative Director or senior creative leader in luxury/interiors/fashion/hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary creative teams and deliver across photography, campaigns and digital.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with a strong eye for visual narrative.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve global creative direction and visual identity for Soho Home.
• Lead the creative process from concept to final execution across campaigns, photography, and digital.
• Oversee photography, art direction, content and brand communications with senior stakeholders.
• Build a high-performing, collaborative team and manage internal and external talent.
• Ensure consistent brand standards and a distinctive Soho Home visual point of view.
