Job Description

The Creative Director is a client leader overseeing multiple accounts led by Associate Creative Directors and managing a team to create top-tier work; reporting roughly $5-10M in revenue within their group. They collaborate with cross-discipline leads to develop and recommend advertising initiatives aligned with clients' marketing strategies and objectives. The Creative Director is also expected to contribute to winning new business through competitive pitches, with support from creative leadership.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Marketing, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Communications, Writing, or related discipline (preferred)

Experience:

• Several years of experience in marketing/advertising
• Industry award winners preferred
• Published articles in industry press are a plus
• Enthusiasm for integrating AI into work

Requirements:

• Travel to client sites as needed
• Valid passport required
