For over a decade, we've been making images of places that don't exist yet - and making people feel them. Not just see them. Feel them. That moment when a developer goes quiet because they've just glimpsed their vision for the first time. When someone walks through a VR experience and forgets it's not real. When a single frame makes a room full of investors say yes.

We're a studio of artists, directors, technical pioneers, obsessives. People who care way too much about the fall of light at 4pm. Or the historical accuracy of a chandelier detail. Or the fine line between a composition which is technically accurate and one that people can believe in.

What We're Really Looking For

We need someone who gets it.

Someone who can look at a brief and see the story hiding inside it.

You will have been doing this for long enough to know when the work is good and when it's just... fine. And fine isn't good enough for you. It never has been.

You can lead a team through the messy middle of a project - when the client changes their mind, when the deadline compresses, when the thing that looked brilliant at 8pm looks wrong at 8am. You bring clarity when everything's chaos. You make people better just by working alongside them.

You're the person artists want feedback from. The person clients' trust. The one who somehow makes impossible timelines work
