This role is part of our Brand and Advertising team based in Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Brand Strategists, Creatives, and Influencer Marketers to Account managers, Producers, and Video editors. As a creative digital marketing agency, we mix old-fashioned creative storytelling with the best of what today’s technology has to offer to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Bol and Philips to name a few
JOB PURPOSE
We’re looking for a Dutch (native) Creative Director who can turn great ideas into memorable stories that build future-proof brands by using any means, technology, or channel necessary.
We are looking for someone who is a perfect fit for bol.com, one of the Netherlands' most cherished brands. The ideal candidate will deeply understand and enhance the cultural and creative legacy that the brand is famous for. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team, driving not only the creation of exceptional work but also shaping and influencing culture.
Your profile: Your work is well-known and loved in the Dutch creative industry: It goes without saying that your portfolio is full of standout ideas that are bold, funny, culturally relevant, and crafted with great skill. Your work gets noticed, whether through awards or media coverage. You are naturally curious and enjoy working with others, experimenting with new technologies and different channels ideas can be shared through. You understand how to build brands in today's fast-paced world where everyone is fighting for attention and where ‘above’ or ‘below’ ‘the line’ sounds like a concept of the past.
