Role Overview
We're looking for a Creative Director who can lead our creative team and introduce new ways to amplify our capabilities. You'll be responsible for driving creative excellence across multiple high-growth clients, while exploring innovative ways to leverage AI in our creative process.
Starting 3-days per week with a view to increasing to full-time. The role is open to candidates seeking a freelance or employed contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative direction, content strategy, and brand development across all client accounts
- Shape creative plans for paid media and CRM, including testing matrices, channel-specific approaches, and objective-led messaging
- Stay on top of platform trends and campaign performance to drive innovation and optimise engagement
Business Growth
- Use your network to identify and win new business opportunities
- Build strong client relationships and spot upsell potential
- Deliver against creative services revenue targets
Team & Process Management
- Manage team resourcing and build scalable creative processes
- Lead reviews and feedback sessions to drive creative excellence
- Flex capacity with trusted freelance talent from your network
Brand & Client Management
- Lead client meetings and strategic planning sessions
- Ensure brand consistency across touch points and assets
- Monitor creative performance and adjust based on results
- Explore and integrate AI tools to streamline creative workflows
- Develop scalable creative production strategies using AI
- Upskill the team on effective AI usage and stay current with industry developments
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of agency experience, including 3+ in a senior creative role
- Proven expertise in paid social and digital advertising across channels like Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Experience developing high-performing CRM creative (email, push, IAM) for lifecycle and promotional campaigns
- Skilled in creative testing (hooks, angles, formats) and tailoring for different campaign goals
- Strong grasp of platform trends, design best practices, and performance optimisation
- Track record of winning and growing business through your creative network
- Excellent portfolio showcasing brand and performance creative across paid and CRM
- Passion for using AI to scale and enhance creative work
- Confident team leader and clear communicator in client-facing settings
