Creative Director, £80k - London, Hybrid

Are you a passionate Creative Director ready to step into your next role? Or maybe a Lead Creative Designer/Manager looking to make the jump to Director? We are seeking a new Creative Director to join an award-winning premium cosmetics company, and we want to hear from you.

This role involves working alongside the founder and leadership team to develop the company's brand identity and voice, creating compelling campaigns, creative strategies, and assets across all brand touchpoints.

We are looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, passion, and confidence, with an innovative and strategic approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will utilize your skills and knowledge of AI to stay ahead of creative trends and meet creative demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • 10+ years of experience in creative direction, preferably in beauty, skincare, or healthcare sectors
  • Proven track record of creating sophisticated, premium creative work
  • Experience developing creative that appeals to educated, discerning consumers
  • Capability to design and video-edit with proficiency in key design tools and software
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct creative teams
