Creative Director | Hybrid/Southampton | Scale Up DTC Brand | Competitive Basic + Benefits

We're searching for a bold, hands-on Creative Director to own the brand and creative vision for a high-growth consumer business. This is a chance for a Creative Director to shape how a market-leading product is seen, felt, and experienced - from high-performing ads that drive growth to storytelling that builds long-term brand equity.

  • Partner closely with performance marketing to test, iterate, and optimise assets for ROI.

About You

  • 8+ years in a senior creative role, ideally within a DTC or high-growth consumer brand.

  • Proven experience delivering high-converting performance creative at scale, including international

  • Strong portfolio of brand campaigns, storytelling formats, and content that drives measurable results, preferably in a premium price point category.

  • Confident directing large-scale productions and agile, creator-led shoots.

  • Inspirational leader with operational know how to build and scale a creative function.
