Job summary

Positive Futures Recruitment Ltd in Mansfield is seeking a Creative Digital Tutor to deliver engaging sessions that build technical skills and personal growth for young people in an alternative provision setting. You will plan, prepare and adapt lessons, assess progress with feedback, maintain learner records, and contribute to safeguarding and curriculum development.

A Level 4 qualification and English/Maths Level 2 are required, along with experience in a Creative Digital discipline and

Salary: £25,207 - £29,372 per annum (£15.37 - £17.91 per hour)

Full Time | Permanent | 40 Hours Per Week

The Role

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Creative Digital learning sessions.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learner needs.
• Assess progress and provide meaningful, constructive feedback.
• Inspire and motivate learners through creative, hands-on activities.
• Create a positive learning environment that promotes achievement and engagement.
• Maintain accurate learner records and reports.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and contribute to the wellbeing of all learners.
• Complete risk assessments and promote safe working practices.
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and wider support teams.

About You

The successful candidate will have: Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths. A relevant Level 4 qualification. Experience within a Creative Digital discipline. Experience working with children and young people. Excellent communication, organisation and record-keeping skills. The ability to engage, motivate and inspire learners. A genuine passion for helping young people overcome barriers and succeed.

Due to the nature of the role, applicants must hold a

full UK driving licence

and have access to their own vehicle, as some sites are not easily accessible by public transport.
