Wyre Council is seeking a Creative and Digital Content Officer to shape Wyre's brand through print, digital and social media. You will develop engaging visuals, film and edit videos, and manage social conversations to connect with the community.

You will contribute to campaigns, ensure accessibility standards, attend events to capture live content, and support flexible working arrangements including remote time with a line manager. A portfolio of work is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience in video production and editing for social media.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Creative and Digital Content Officer to support the development of engaging visual content across print, digital, and social media. You’ll help shape campaigns, produce eye-catching graphics, film and edit videos, and manage social media conversations that connect with our community.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality visual and digital content that supports the council’s communications objectives and enhances public engagement.

This role requires a commitment to upholding the council’s values of professionalism, innovation, collaboration, and customer focus. The successful candidate will be expected to attend occasional out-of-hours meetings and events, including weekends where required.
