With extensive experience in creating innovative retail design ideas, including fixtures, POS, and POP, and a strong focus on customer service, they turn challenging concepts into reality for clients.
They are currently seeking a Creative Development Designer to join their team.
Job Role
- This role is dynamic and varied, requiring a broad range of creative skills to deliver end-to-end projects for global brands across various markets and countries, primarily in the retail and display industry.
- You should be adept at solving complex strategic problems while conceptualising and 3D modelling products and interior environments.
- You will design everything from manufacturing drawings and full 3D interior environments to retail campaigns, communications, and packaging.
- Manage projects from briefing to client delivery, working closely with in-house project and account management teams.
Skills and Experience
- Full university degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field (B.A. Hons or B.Sc. Hons).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in 3D modelling and visualisation software (preferably Solidworks or similar).
- Strong experience with 3D rendering software (Keyshot, Solidworks Visualise, or similar).
- Full working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Ability to generate fast-paced design solutions within tight deadlines.
- Experience managing medium-sized creative projects.
- Support large projects alongside senior management.
- Ability to articulate design concepts effectively to clients and colleagues.
- Capability to manage personal workflow while contributing to the overall creative department’s workflow.
