Job description

MiQ is not your average programmatic media partner. We are experts in data science, analytics, and omnichannel programmatic trading with a focus on quality and performance.

We’re looking for a talented Midweight Designer to join our London office on a hybrid basis (3 days a week). While this role is suited for a Midweight Designer, we’re also open to considering experienced Junior Designers who are ready to take the next step in their career. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality creative design across our UK and international client projects. You’ll need strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams while following established workflows. A fast-paced mindset and the ability to maintain momentum are essential.

What You Will Do:
  • Design custom and interactive advertisements using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator & After Effects
  • Storyboard advertisements based on client preference and industry best practices
  • Reformat advertisements for display, video, and OOH
  • Optimize advertisements to be within outlined industry standard specs
Required Experience:
  • 2+ years in digital media production or relevant digital experience
  • Degree or Bootcamp Certification in graphic design or UX design preferred
  • Interest in designing for multiple formats—web, mobile, video, social, etc.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Adobe Media Encoder
  • Strong understanding of design, typography, and formatting
  • Ability to translate raw assets into pixel-perfect designs
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
  • Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Strong communication skills
