Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is a leading provider of bespoke commercial vehicle solutions.

You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality visual content to support internal and external communications. From photography and video to digital advertising assets and print materials, your work will help strengthen the brand and support business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Executive to develop content across campaigns, web, and social channels, helping us tell our story, build trust, and drive sales. You’ll also take ownership of visual assets on our website and e-commerce platform, ensuring everything is up to date and on brand.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create engaging visual content for use across digital and print, including brochures, adverts, email, and promotional materials.
  2. Design assets for paid media campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google Ads) that drive awareness and conversions.
  3. Work with the Marketing Executive to develop compelling content that showcases our work, supports lead generation, and communicates key messages clearly.
  4. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all content, including partnership or third-party branding requirements.
  5. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photography and video for use on web, social media, and campaigns.
  6. Produce multimedia assets including infographics, short-form videos, reels, and animations.
  7. Ensure all visual content reflects the company's tone, quality standards, and commercial objectives.
  8. Manage and update web-based assets, including ecommerce platform.
  9. Maintain image libraries and press packs.
  10. Support the creation of digital content for landing pages, promotions, and lead capture.
  11. Design and maintain visual branding across all customer-facing materials.
  12. Produce branded resources such as spec sheets, internal templates, and presentations.
  13. Ensure marketing collateral is accurate and consistent.
Requirements
  1. Qualification in Graphic Design, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years in a creative design, content creation, or media production role.
  3. Experience working with ecommerce or CMS platforms (ecommerce platform experience preferred).
  4. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro or equivalent).
  5. Confident planning, shooting, and editing both photography and video.
  6. Experience designing for digital advertising and paid media campaigns.
  7. Familiar with ecommerce and best practices for web asset optimisation.
  8. Familiarity with UI/UX design or ecommerce visuals.
  9. Experience with CRM systems or similar tools.
  10. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  11. Comfortable writing short-form copy for visuals, captions, and scripts.
