Job summary

Air Recruitment in London is seeking a Creative Designer to join a dynamic experiential and events agency. You will develop imaginative brand experiences, from initial brief through concept development, visual presentations and production to final installation.

You will collaborate with producers, designers and suppliers to deliver distinctive experiences in the UK and internationally, across live events, activations and immersive environments.

Qualifications

• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to develop original ideas from a brief.
• Experience developing experiential campaigns, live events, or brand environments from concept to delivery.
• Excellent eye for design, styling, composition and detail.
• Experience creating engaging creative presentations, moodboards and visual concepts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
• SketchUp or other 3D design software experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop original, innovative experiential concepts that respond to client briefs and brand identities.
• Create compelling creative presentations, including moodboards, visual references, 3D visuals and engaging copy.
• Translate ideas into practical, on-brand and commercially viable physical experiences.
• Develop concepts for set design, styling, lighting, food and drink, and immersive brand environments.
• Collaborate with producers, designers and suppliers across set build, production and technical elements.
• Develop styling, set dressing and installation schemes within agreed budgets.
• Contribute creative ideas to pitches, brainstorms and wider agency output.
• Attend site visits and support on-site styling, installation and event delivery across the UK and overseas.
• Research cultural trends and emerging experiences to inspire fresh thinking.
