The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Design Lead to define and elevate the visual identity of TryHackMe across every touchpoint—from product to brand, from B2B to B2C. This is a high-impact role for someone excited to shape how the world sees and experiences cybersecurity education.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role will involve owning and evolving TryHackMe’s visual design language across marketing and brand. You will collaborate closely with growth, content, and product teams to ensure every design asset—whether it’s a social post, landing page, or pitch deck—feels cohesive, modern, and unmistakably TryHackMe.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own and build the TryHackMe design system and brand identity
• Create and evolve templates for paid ads, social content, email, and B2B sales materials
• Lead visual strategy for brand campaigns and product launches
• Partner with Product and Growth teams to align visual design with user journeys
• Brief and manage freelancers and agencies (e.g., illustrators, motion designers)
• Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external materials
• Evaluate and implement new tools or technologies to streamline creative production

Skills & Requirements

• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience building and managing brand systems or design libraries
• Portfolio showcasing clean, modern design across digital channels
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Growth
• Startup or scale-up experience is a plus
• Experience in tech, edtech, or cybersecurity is a bonus
• A strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on
