Creative Copywriter and Editor

Location: Remote UK

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for words? Do you love crafting compelling content that engages audiences and brings brands to life? If so, this role could be a great fit for you.

We’re looking for a Midweight Copywriter to join our internal Brand & Creative team. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt tone and style across different formats.

You’ll be working on a variety of projects, from marketing campaigns and digital content to social media and email copy. Collaborating closely with designers, marketers and other creatives, you’ll help develop engaging messaging that aligns with our brand voice and business objectives.

Prior experience working with clients and on brand and creative projects is essential, as this role offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment, contributing to multiple projects from day one.

Main Responsibilities Include

  • Concept Development & Copywriting: Develop compelling and strategically driven concepts, crafting engaging base copy for a variety of formats, including digital ads, email marketing, social media, product descriptions, editorial content, video scriptwriting and storyboarding.
  • Brand Voice & Messaging: Maintain consistency in tone of voice while exploring creative ways to enhance messaging impact.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with designers, marketers and stakeholders to develop creative solutions that meet project objectives.
  • Storytelling & Engagement: Craft compelling narratives that connect with audiences and drive engagement across various channels.
  • Project & Workflow Management: Manage multiple tasks effectively, meet deadlines and contribute to a smooth creative workflow.

To Succeed In The Role, You Will Be

  • A creative and adaptable writer: Confident in crafting engaging copy tailored to different audiences and platforms.
  • Detail-oriented and organised: Confident in managing multiple projects while maintaining high writing standards.
  • Confident writing for various formats: Experienced in developing copy for digital, social, print and marketing materials.
  • A strong communicator and collaborator: Comfortable working with different teams to refine messaging and bring ideas to life.
  • Brand-aware yet innovative: Able to follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas to every project.
  • Eager to grow and develop: Open to feedback and keen to enhance your copywriting skills in a creative environment.
