Position: Creative & Content Executive (Video Editor)

Location: Glasgow

Our Creative & Content Executives drive content strategy to boost conversions, sales, and brand recognition through engaging storytelling and innovative social media assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create various video contents such as social content, tutorials, launch videos, campaign assets, and internal videos.
• Support daily administrative and creative tasks within the team.
• Shoot and edit engaging social-first videos using iPhone for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
• Manage post-production assets, ensuring timely delivery and proper formatting.
• Organise and maintain the online archive of video assets.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimise content performance based on feedback.
• Contribute innovative ideas aligned with platform trends and audience behaviour.
• Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and tone.
• Assist in studio setups, including lighting and audio (training provided).
• Occasional travel for shoots, events, or activations may be required.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, basic After Effects skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating editing skills and creative ability.
• Strong understanding of social media content performance.
• Experience shooting short-form content on iPhone with good framing and storytelling skills.
• Experience assisting on shoots is a bonus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Collaborative, proactive, and organized.
