Position: Creative & Content Executive (Video Editor)

Department: Creative & Content

Based: Glasgow

Our Creative & Content Executives drive content strategies that boost conversions, sales, and brand recognition, while engaging our community through visual storytelling, innovative content, and social media assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create various video content including social media videos, tutorials, launch videos, campaign assets, and internal videos.
• Assist with daily administrative and creative tasks within the team.
• Shoot and edit engaging social-first videos using iPhone for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Manage post-production workflows, ensuring timely delivery and proper formatting.
• Organise and maintain our video asset archive for easy access and reuse.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimise content performance and incorporate feedback.
• Bring innovative ideas for shoots and content formats, staying updated on platform trends and tech.
• Align all creative output with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Support in-office studio work, including lighting and audio setup (training provided).
• Occasional travel for shoots, events, or activations.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years experience editing with Adobe Premiere Pro; basic knowledge of After Effects.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing skills and creativity.
• Strong understanding of social media content performance.
• Ability to shoot short-form content on iPhone with good framing and storytelling skills.
• Experience assisting on shoots with lighting, sound, or DSLR cameras is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with shifting priorities.
• Collaborative, proactive, and enthusiastic about learning.
