As aCreative Conceptual Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and compelling visual concepts that effectively communicate ideas, messages for Integrated Marketing and digital Campaigns (IMC). This role requires a blend of artistic creativity, strategic thinking, and technical proficiency to produce creative campaigns across our various channels. You will collaborate closely with the SharkNinja Marketing teams, and other key stakeholders to understand project objectives and translate them into visually compelling creative that resonate with our target audiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Conceptualisation: Develop original visual concepts and ideas that align with project objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience preferences.
  • Graphic Design: Create aspirational designs for our various platforms including print, digital, social media, and advertising.
  • Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, copywriters, and developers to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
  • Presentation Skills: Effectively present and communicate design concepts to key stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilise graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to execute designs efficiently.
  • Adaptability: Adapt designs based on feedback, project requirements, and platform specifications while maintaining visual integrity and brand consistency.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and technical specifications before final delivery.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) working as a graphic designer, preferably in a creative agency or internal design studio.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and conceptual design work across various mediums and platforms with Beauty experience preferable.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, design techniques, and best practices.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate evolving project requirements and key stakeholder feedback.
