Protocol Education is seeking creative and passionate individuals to work as Teaching Assistants in secondary schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills to engage students, inspire learning, and support their development in an inclusive and dynamic environment.

The Role:
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
  • Engaging students through creative activities such as music, drama, art, PE, and cooking.
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support, helping students develop confidence, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and effective communication in a secondary school setting.
  • Assisting in sensory and practical learning activities, helping students stay engaged and motivated.
  • Supporting students in developing emotional resilience and independence through structured and creative approaches.
  • Collaborating with teachers to assess students’ progress and needs and adapt support strategies accordingly.
  • Encouraging students to take part in creative and extracurricular activities, helping them build confidence and transferable life skills.

PAYE - Pay rate dependent on experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
