Job summary

Newcastle United, a globally recognized football club, is seeking a Creative Artworker to transform approved concepts into production-ready assets for digital, print, retail and social channels. You will ensure brand consistency, technical accuracy and high-quality outputs across multiple formats.

You will work with the Creative team to streamline workflows, update templates and support production processes while maintaining the integrity of the original design intent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, high-quality artwork for print, digital, social and retail channels, ensuring all assets meet the required technical and brand standards.
• Translate approved creative concepts into final production-ready assets without compromising the original creative vision.
• Configure and optimise files for their intended platform, format, supplier or production process.
• Maintain and update design templates, style guides, asset libraries and production files to support consistency and efficiency.
• Work closely with designers to ensure technical execution aligns with agreed creative direction.
• Act as a technical checkpoint between the Creative team and external suppliers, including printers, manufacturers and agencies.
• Review production specifications and proactively identify technical risks, limitations or errors before final production.
• Support creative colleagues by providing guidance on production requirements, technical limitations and best practices.
• Recommend improvements to workflows, templates, file management and quality control processes.
• Help introduce new tools, systems and production techniques that improve efficiency and maintain quality standards
