Job summary

The Delta Group seeks a Creative Artworker & Scheduler to join our on-site team across Bishop’s Stortford or London offices. You will schedule studio work, allocate tasks to designers, and monitor deadlines while producing artwork for POS and other print materials.

The role requires strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, solid knowledge of print processes, and experience handling Retail/FMCG client projects. A flexible, organized approach and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a Creative Studio with scheduling experience.
• Advanced Mac software knowledge – Adobe Creative Suite.
• Organised and flexible, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comprehensive knowledge of print and artwork processes.
• Experience working with Retail, POS & FMCG client work.
• Experience managing a studio schedule.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Studio work to the team and allocate tasks to the correct members.
• Check status of outstanding tasks and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
• Identify roadblocks and communicate with Account Manager and Studio Manager/Director.
• Display a positive, can‑do attitude and deliver exceptional output.
• Work proactively on your own initiative and as part of the creative team.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure timely delivery of all jobs.
• Ensure designs and artwork are print‑ready, brand compliant, and produced within agreed timeframes.

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Creative Artworker & Scheduler to join our dedicated team on site in one of our offices. The role will be to effectively schedule the work for the studio team. Ensuring the work is allocated to the appropriate team member. Checking on jobs to ensure deadlines are adhered to. Artwork a variety of printed elements and sometimes digital media. This includes a heavy focus on Point-of-Sale items for brands and retailers.

You will be a creative thinker and able to multi- task, with strong organisational skills. Know your way around Adobe CC, in particular InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. You will have a flexible approach to work, excel under pressure and deliver solutions with exceptional attention to detail, on brand and on time.

This role is available as a rolling monthly contract or a permanent position.

Please note this is an office based role with the option of some hybrid working after successfully passing your probationary period.

Monday – Friday. 37.5 – 40 hours per week (dependent on office location).

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling of Studio work to the team ensuring correct jobs are allocated to correct team members
• Checking the status of outstanding tasks and managing workloads to ensure deadlines are met
• To identify if there are any "roadblocks" or reasons why a deadline cannot be achieved and to communicate back to the relevant Account Manager and Studio Manager/Director
• Display a positive ‘can do’ attitude, and always deliver exceptional output
• Work proactively under your own initiative and as part of our creative team
• Work closely with our account teams to ensure all jobs are tackled without any issues in a timely manner
• Be involved with creative production ensuring all designs and artworks adhere to relevant brand guidelines, are print ready and produced within agreed timeframes
