Arddun Agency is a London-based international wholesale and consulting agency, specialising in womenswear and lifestyle brands.

Launched in December 2019, our agency has grown quickly to oversee over 20 brands stocked in top stores globally. We adopt a merchandising-led approach, aiming to provide the best products to drive organic growth and sell-through.

We are currently recruiting a Creative Artwork & Project Manager to join our small but busy in-house creative team. Salary is dependent on experience, ranging from £28,000 to £30,000.

KEY TASKS

  1. Ownership of creating and maintaining critical paths for all creative projects from concept through to completion.
  2. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-quality production, assisting with design and concept development as needed.
  3. Research and present projects for internal and external review, working collaboratively with the team.
  4. Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key clients, collaborators, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  5. Liaise with internal teams to communicate project updates and timelines effectively, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
  6. Work across various mediums including layout design, pitch deck creation, artworking for print, and retail design.
  7. Arrange calls and meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
  8. Coordinate with the finance department to monitor budgets and payments.
  9. Supervise retail activations, which may involve working outside of normal office hours.

ABOUT YOU

  • Stay updated with industry insights, trends, and potential collaborators or creative talents.
  • Exceptional communication skills to work effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage critical paths, and ensure timely asset delivery.
  • Proficiency in Adobe programs such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Understanding of print methods and designing for print.
  • A curiosity to learn and expand knowledge in creative production, working with contemporary and lifestyle brands.
  • University educated in a related field.
  • At least one year of industry experience.
