Summary:

We are proud to be partnering with a leading, well-respected visual communications company based in Melksham to recruit a full-time, permanent Creative Artworker to support their vibrant and fast-paced creative department.

At the heart of their operations is a fast-paced, agency-style creative and artwork division, known for producing visually striking, concept-led content. This in-house team supports major names across retail, FMCG, and the film and entertainment industries. The studio is made up of talented professionals from diverse agency backgrounds, all bringing a wealth of experience, energy, and passion to their craft.

Job Overview:

In this role, you'll be responsible for rolling out creative campaigns across various formats with a strong focus on Point-of-Sale materials for major brands and retailers. You'll handle artwork amendments, prep and release files for print, and ensure that every deliverable meets high standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take initiative and work proactively, both independently and as part of the team, to create best-in-class Point-of-Sale materials.
2. Collaborate closely with account teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery without issues.
3. Handle artwork amendments and file releases for print with attention to detail.
4. Support the production of campaigns across a variety of printed materials and occasionally digital formats.
5. Be an integrated and valued member of the creative studio team, contributing to a collaborative and efficient environment.
6. Demonstrate a positive, “can-do” attitude, delivering exceptional output consistently.

Ideal Candidate:

1. 2+ years experience working in a Creative Studio.
2. Advanced Mac Software Knowledge - Adobe Creative Suite (CC).
3. An eye for detail with a strong understanding of design and typography.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of print and artworker processes.
5. Experience working within Retail, POS and FMCG client work.
6. Experience of creative 3D designs in Cinema 4D.
7. Experience of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier.
8. Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
