Job description
Overview

Here\'s one for the packaging pros! Especially if you\'ve worked with giftwrap, gift bags or greeting cards and love seeing a flat artwork file become a shelf-ready product.

This is a studio-based role in a close-knit creative team that designs and produces beautiful, retail-ready products for well-known brands and own-label lines. Think gifting, stationery, wrap, tags, boxes, bows, ceramics - all the bits that make unwrapping feel like an occasion.

Role title

They\'re looking to hire a Creative Artworker with packaging experience who knows their way around cutter guides, barcode labels and factory-ready files. If you\'ve worked on paper-based product and can spot a typo or wonky bleed a mile off, you\'ll fit right in.

What you\'ll be doing:
  • Creating final artwork across a range of packaging and products - from rollwrap to mugs to tags
  • Producing and adapting cutter guides from samples or factory specs
  • Collaborating with the design and production teams to make sure artwork is spot on
  • Occasionally getting stuck into product photography using Camera Raw (bonus points if you\'ve got this in your toolkit)
What they\'re looking for:
  • Packaging experience in gifting or cards - giftwrap is the dream
  • A solid eye for detail and colour accuracy
  • Strong skills in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Someone who loves the product and takes pride in making it perfect
What\'s on offer:
  • 25 days\' holiday (rising to 27 after 5 years)
  • Paid parking
  • Flexible hours (not rigidly 9-5)
  • Sociable, friendly studio team - lots of laughs, charity days, and a big anniversary celebration on the way

The studio is based in West Yorkshire within easy reach of Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Wakefield, East Manchester and surrounding areas.

This role would suit someone who loves packaging, thrives in a busy creative environment, and wants to be part of a tight team doing great work in a genuinely nice place.
