Job Description:

Protocol Education is recruiting for a Creative/Arts Youth Worker at a SEND school in Benfleet, which employs sensory and therapy strategies within an individualised curriculum to support children with complex needs, ASD, behavioural difficulties, SEMH needs, and other individual needs. All children have an EHCP, shared upon working with them, to ensure consistency and goal alignment. You will work 1:1 with pupils and support within the classroom, utilizing your creative arts, sensory, therapy, or drama background to engage, promote confidence, and support their learning and emotional development.
