• Deliver high-quality Art teaching across KS3 and KS4.
• Use and adapt the established curriculum to meet all students' needs.
• Support students to achieve strong outcomes through assessment and intervention.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop the Art Department.
• Contribute to enrichment and extracurricular opportunities within the department.
