Our client is looking for a Creative and Civic Programme Manager

Location:Brixton, London
Reports to:Head ofCreative and CivicEngagement
Salary:£31,972
Contract:Full-time, Permanent

They are looking for a driven and community-focused Creative and Civic Programme Manager to join their team. This is a key delivery role focused on working collaboratively with artists, local organisations, civic partners, and community stakeholders to design and produce projects that place creativity at the heart of social connection and change.

The role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects that reflect and engage with the distinctiveness of their people, histories, and futures—ensuring inclusion, representation, and collaboration are at the core of everything they do.

Role Purpose

To produce and manage innovative cultural initiatives that promote civic participation, creativity, and community engagement, ensuring it is a welcoming and empowering space for all.

You will work at the intersection of cultural production and community collaboration—connecting the work on their stages with the everyday lives and aspirations of their audiences, neighbours, and collaborators.
