Amica Care is seeking a Senior Activities Coordinator in Exmouth to lead an engaging programme of activities and experiences that support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing for residents. You will supervise Activity Coordinators & Volunteers, organise events and manage communications, delivering a vibrant, caring community.

The role emphasizes creativity, excellent communication, and ability to work independently within a not-for-profit setting that reinvests in residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Design exciting activity programmes tailored to residents.
• Lead and motivate Activity Coordinators & Volunteers.
• Create uplifting group sessions and meaningful 1:1 moments.
• Organise themed events, celebrations and outings.
• Manage the home’s Facebook page and posters.
• Produce a bi-monthly newsletter about life in the home.
• Collaborate with residents, families and the care team.
• Bring imagination, energy, empathy and FUN into every day.
