crooton in Banbury, Oxfordshire, is seeking an Activities Coordinator for our award-winning care home to create a stimulating environment and deliver exceptional care and support for residents.

You will devise imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit all interests and abilities, and spend time getting to know residents and families to tailor programmes that maximise wellbeing, independence and social engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Activities Coordinator or similar role.
• A full, valid driving licence would be an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills and a creative, people-focused approach.

• Create imaginative, fun activities that suit residents' interests and abilities.
