Job summary

Exemplar Health Care Group is seeking an Activities Coordinator at Greenacre Park care home in Leicester to organise and lead meaningful activities for residents. The role offers a full-time schedule (up to 40 hours/week) with a competitive hourly rate of £12.71.

You will develop individual activity plans, run group activities, support hobbies and community involvement, and contribute to a person-centred approach with induction and ongoing training.
