Job description

Do you have an eye for design and aesthetics? Are you able to demystify complex ideas and create simple, thought-provoking stories? Have you conceptualized and directed standalone projects? Do you want to nurture your presentation, client, and commercial skills? If you answered yes to these questions, we may have the perfect opportunity for you!

Main Responsibilities

  • Distill project information into a narrative to successfully tell the story across simpler deliverables.
  • Create narrative structures and Art Direction documents for clients to sign off.
  • Champion understanding of the production process across multidisciplinary projects.
  • Concept and Art Direction for mid-level and larger-scale standalone projects.
  • Play an active role in steering the creative with the Creative Director and Project Director on larger projects.
  • Lead client presentations alongside the Creative Director.
  • Manage and mentor team members, leading by example.
  • Present concepts to clients.
  • Manage client expectations and negotiate demands alongside the producer.
  • Understand the commercial aspects of projects to ensure creative decisions are timely and within budget.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a relevant creative agency or production environment.
  • Examples of initiative, responsibility, and autonomy on projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in building client relationships.
  • Organized and efficient.
  • Experience with Google Docs, especially Google Slides.
  • Copywriting skills.
  • Graphic skills in Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
  • Animation skills in After Effects.
  • 3D modelling skills in 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or SketchUp.
  • Degree in a relevant field.
