Clinical Research Coordinator- Associate- Office Based

As a CRC Associate at ICON, you will play an important role in providing a welcoming, professional and well‑organised experience for patients taking part in clinical research studies.
Primarily based at the front of house, you will support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the clinical research site by coordinating patient appointments, responding to patient enquiries, arranging study‑related procedures and supporting study administration. You will work closely with the site team to ensure patient visits are organised in line with study protocol requirements.
This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in clinical research. As you gain experience, there will be opportunities to learn aspects of the CRC I role, including supporting clinical activities such as taking patient observations, phlebotomy and laboratory procedures, subject to appropriate training, competency assessment and site requirements.
You will provide front‑of‑house and administrative support to the clinical research site, helping to ensure patients receive a professional and positive experience throughout their participation in a clinical study.
