Crawley Day Surgery Unit - Nursing Assistant - Theatres

We are looking for Theatre Assistants to thrive in a fast-paced operating theatre environment, supporting all stages of the patient's journey through theatre and the theatre team.

The ideal candidate is dedicated, works well within a multi-disciplinary team, and wants to enhance and learn new skills. Prior experience is not essential, but a love for operating theatres is. All training will be provided, and this role offers a work-life balance as the theatre suite currently runs Monday to Friday.

As a Theatre Assistant, you will aid the Theatre team by supporting registered staff and clinicians in activities undertaken in the Operating Theatre and Day Surgery environment. This includes contributing to delivering and maintaining high standards of patient care and maintaining cleanliness inside the theatre operating suite and ancillary areas.

Job Responsibilities
