A healthcare provider in Crawley is seeking a Scrub Nurse/ODP to join their Theatre Department. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and interpersonal skills while providing high-quality support to patients and staff. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our Theatre Department as a scrub practitioner.
There are 10 theatres within our East Surrey site, providing 24-hour emergency cover and elective operating, and 4 theatres at our Crawley site, providing day surgery procedures. Specialities covered across both sites include;
The post will be based within Theatres on the Crawley Hospital site, where we provide a day surgery service working Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will provide high quality care and support to patients and staff working within the scrub role of the operating theatre.

You will be keen to develop and contribute to the delivery of high quality, safe care with a real focus on continually improving the patient experience.
The successful candidate should have a "can do" approach in supporting the theatre, wards and departments objectives and they will be able to demonstrate the Trust Values and expected behaviours. Previous theatre experience would be desirable.
