Job summary

Crane Supervisors are needed in Peterhead, Aberdeenshire, working on the North Converter Station as part of the ELG2 Project. You will manage crane lifts for erecting structural steel components including columns, beams, trusses, bracing and access steelwork at a major site.

Candidates must hold a CPCS Crane Supervisor with Slinger Signaller/NPORS, a valid safety medical certificate, and SSSTS/SMSTS qualifications to ensure safe, compliant operations throughout 2027.

Qualifications

• CPCS Crane Supervisor qualification required.
• Slinger Signaller/NPORS accreditation preferred.
• Safety medical certification is mandatory.
• SSSTS or SMSTS site supervisor training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crane lifts for erecting structural steel components such as columns, beams, trusses, bracing and purlins.
• Ensure safe operation and compliance with site procedures and lifting plans.
• Coordinate with ground crew and crane operators to maintain progress and safety.
