They should ensure the highest quality standards are achieved while making sure the department is efficient and the work runs smoothly. Duties & Responsibilities:- Follow instructions and monitor work practices to ensure that our products are refurbished to the agreed specifications.- Adhere to quality procedures following our quality guidelines.- Operate equipment and machinery responsibly, in line with the Health & Safety policy.- Scan work in and out of appropriate areas.- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.- Carry out specific production duties as and when required.- Be willing and able to be trained in all required skills to repair products.-Be willing to assist in other areas of the department and learn new skills. - Achieve turnaround targets and be reactive and positive to change.Team:-Participate in team meetings.-Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders.
