As Craft Skills Training, you will be involved in driving culinary standards across various contracts, supporting new business initiatives, and playing a key role in staff retention. You will have the chance to design and deliver engaging food workshops, ensuring compliance with the School Food Standards (SFS), while also contributing to the food development team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive high culinary standards across all contracts
  • Identify skills gaps within teams and provide targeted training
  • Conduct on-site, in-unit training sessions for staff
  • Ensure adherence to the School Food Standards (SFS)
  • Support new business opportunities and contribute to client retention
  • Design and deliver engaging, fun food workshops in schools
  • Create innovative food workshop concepts
  • Collaborate with the food development team to drive menu innovation
