Job summary

ASIA GRAND PTE. LTD. is seeking an attentive bar associate to manage beverage preparation and dessert orders during daily operations. You will assist with setup and closing tasks, maintain barware, and ensure clean and orderly service areas.

The role requires timely order taking from staff or patrons, FIFO beverage stock control, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Training will cover SOPs and company beverage guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistently with company’s beverage standard.
• Assist manager in the efficient running of the day-to-day operation including set up and closing of the bar counter.
• Maintain bottles & glasses in a functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverage.
• Prepare and manage all dessert orders from serving staff
• Cutting and preparation of fruits
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the glasses, utensils, bar equipment & station.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons accurately & promptly.
• Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
• Arrange beverage by FIFO (FIRST IN FIRST OUT) by dates.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
• Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
