Pay rate: £265.70 per day

Contract role, Registered Residential Respite Unit

Pertemps is recruiting an experienced CQC Registered Learning Disabilities Manager in South London for Orient Street, a CQC registered residential respite unit rated Good, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism with diverse and complex needs.

About the Role:

We seek a Registered Manager to support skill development, growth, and fulfillment for adults at Orient Street. You will inspire and guide your team, foster meaningful relationships, communicate effectively, and engage with families and service users to make a positive impact.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered or Deputy Manager ready to advance their career and lead our respite unit's development.

About You:
  • Understanding of adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours of concern.
  • Willingness to work towards or hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Social Care.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations, the Care Act 2014, and care home governance.
  • Experience with budget management and staff development.
  • Ability to build relationships and engage with families and service users.
