  • Full UK Driving Licence and NVQ Level 5 are preferred qualifications.

We are looking for a CQC Registered Manager to join our award-winning team. You will work from our Reading branch in Berkshire working alongside a passionate and committed Directors.

Care Managers Responsibilities:

It is the responsibility of the Care Manager to run the day-to-day running of the service through the Policies, training, supervision and guidance provided by Guardian Angel Care.

It is the responsibility of the Care Manager to support the aims and objectives of Guardian Angel Care in line with the CQC.

Achieving a high level of quality in the service provided to the Service Users in accordance with Guardian Angel Care's Quality Assurance Policy.

Assist in marketing the services provided by Guardian Angel Care to potential carers, Service Users, Health Professionals and other agencies.
