A leading organization in Manchester is seeking a CQC Registered Manager to provide motivational leadership and oversee the delivery of high-quality care services. This role requires managing sizable operations and addressing challenges in quality and team morale. The position offers a rewarding interim opportunity to make a significant impact in a forward-thinking environment.
As the CQC Registered Manager, you will provide motivational leadership across a defined service area to empower and engage your team. You will oversee the delivery of a safe, caring, compassionate, and outstanding service that meets CQC regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring the service meets the highest operational standards and agreed performance targets, enabling customers to thrive and lead fulfilled and dignified lives.
Due to long-term sickness, our client is seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager with a background in CQC-regulated facilities, along with experience in Extra Care or Domestic Care. The service opened in 2024 and currently has 60 occupied units out of 88, supporting 55 residents with medication. In the past 18 months, the service has faced challenges related to quality, culture, and team morale. Currently, two deputies assist with day-to-day operations.
This is a large service, so experience managing sizable operations is essential. Since mobilisation, the service has encountered challenges around resident relocation and medicines management.
