Job Title: CQC Bank Supported Living Worker

Location: Maryport, Cumbria

Employment Type: Casual / Flexible Work, hours to suit you

Pay: £12.60 per hour, £50 per sleep-in shift, plus benefits

Typical Duties:

• Assist customers with practical daily tasks to promote independence and support their goals.
• Help with activities such as cooking, shopping, budgeting, maintaining tenancies, and moving to independent living.
• Support attendance at appointments, hobbies, college, or work.
• Assist with personal care and medication as outlined in support plans.
• Conduct risk assessments, support planning, and review progress.
• Engage in meaningful conversations and build relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Level 2 or above in social care or willingness to work towards it.
• Passion for supporting customers and attention to detail.
• Experience caring for others, either professionally or personally.
• Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and be resilient.
• Flexible and attentive to individual customer needs.
