Are you a high-volume CPU Manager looking for an opportunity to grow?

Our client is a premium café concept with over 12 stores across London, dedicated to serving the best baked goods and delicious brunch options. With plans to expand, they are seeking a visionary CPU Manager to play a key role in their operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Central Production Manager:

  1. Lead a dynamic team of 20, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  2. Coordinate daily production, ensuring top-tier quality and taste.
  3. Guide kitchen staff with sous chef skills, setting high standards for excellence.
  4. Ensure strict quality control and food safety standards.
  5. Manage stock, orders, and uphold health and safety regulations.
  6. Collaborate with the Development Team for smooth operations and product scaling.

Qualifications of the Central Production Manager:

  1. Proven leadership with a culinary team of 15 or more.
  2. Experience in production kitchen management and head chef roles.
  3. Strong knowledge of stock management, inventory control, and cost optimization.
  4. Proficiency in health and safety practices.
  5. Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
  6. Food Safety Level 3 certificate.
