Job Opportunity: QA / UAT Lead (Contract)

£475/day | 4-6 Months | June Start | Hybrid (Gerrards Cross - 1 day/week) or Remote

We are seeking a hands-on QA / UAT Lead for a contract role within a business investing in streamlining revenue operations through Salesforce CPQ and Conga CLM. The successful candidate will own quality assurance and user testing for a critical transformation project.

Role Details:

• Hybrid role with 1 day/week onsite in Gerrards Cross; remote candidates considered.
• Contract starting in June, lasting 4-6 months, with potential extension.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end testing for Salesforce CPQ and Conga CLM, ensuring integration and functionality.
• Develop QA strategies, document user test scripts, execute UAT, and coordinate issue resolution with business and technical teams.

Required Expertise:

• Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Hands-on QA experience with manual and automated testing.
• Experience testing Salesforce CPQ and Conga CLM integrations.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks.
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements, develop test plans, and execute test cases.
• Design and improve test automation frameworks using Salesforce testing tools.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Map business requirements to functional specs, ensuring thorough testing.
• Perform functional and non-functional testing to validate system performance.
• Lead a small QA team, providing guidance and tracking testing efforts.
• Document and manage defects using issue tracking tools, working with the Bluewave team for resolution.
